Our first Gothenburg Fringe event of 2023 is around the corner and we cannot wait to share it with you all.
1 venue, 3 evenings and 6 performances from award-winning and acclaimed groups here in Gothenburg and abroad.
Among the standout names coming your way is Gavin Drea, who stars in Disney+ series Wedding Season, a core member of Dreamgun, performing their very best Film Reads on Friday and Saturday.
Amanda Doherty, selected by the BBC as one of their voices of 2023, will star in Bird About Town, returning to Gothenburg for the first time since performing at the Fringe in 2017.
The Night Before A Simple Misunderstanding, created by Zach Enquist, starring Rachel McNamee and Zander Constant, provides you a rare opportunity to catch these artists in an intimate environment, a far cry from their regular performances with GöteborgsOperans Danskompani, one of the most prestigious contemporary dance companies in Europe.
And kicking us off on Friday evening is a duo that needs to be seen to be believed. Their performance at Gothenburg Fringe 2020 has lived long in the memory and now their back with Your Song, Michelle Haughton and Christian Hjärner are heroes of the Gothenburg improv scene and you'd be a fool to miss out.
Here's your schedule
Our three-day event will take place at Kvartersscenen 2Lång (Andra Långgatan 30) with two performances each day.
Tickets can be bought for each show individually or as a combo ticket to see both shows each day for a reduced price - 200kr on Friday and Saturday, 150kr on Sunday.
